Best app I own
Of all the apps I have on my phone, this one, Balance, it's the one I love the most. I use it daily to work on my mindfulness. Great Short Session Podcast
I appreciate the topics are concise and include real life scenarios. Since it is direct, there’s no overkill and discussions are narrowed down well.
