fitness-y until your ears bleed
Very irritating, if the great practice of Yoga gets infested by colourful leggins & Pilates. Way too fast to have any meaningful instruction content, but loads of toothpaste smiles in the videos.

So it really is great. This podcast gives me instructions on how to do different poses. This helps because I’m an audio learner.
