the class i took was more pilates than yoga... pretty much no yoga involved... maybe that’s just the class i took. it was a good work out but there were several moves and cues can easily cause injuries.

Sweet and short yoga classes
I have been doing these yoga classes for years now. There are so many different styles to try from power to kundalini to hatha to meditation. Love the fact they are 20 minutes so if you’re short on time you can just pop one on. Definitely recommend.
