“So it really is great. This podcast gives me instructions on how to do different poses. This helps because I’m an audio learner. However the instructor sometimes speaks very monotone, maybe while trying to be calming. I’m a yoga beginner, and they sometimes skip between poses that I can easily do and ones I could try and try to do, but never get it. Maybe try marking your episodes based on beginner, intermediate, and expert, so that I know which poses I might actually be able to do😅. This may seem like a low review, but I’m very critical and have almost never given anything five stars. I also started at the very first and oldest episodes, so it’s possible my opinions are based on the older versions and they get better. Basically, apologies if that is the case! 😉”
