All Time Favourite Podcast!
Where do I even start...if you are at all interested in strength/physique sports, you need to listen to this podcast. Each member of 3DMJ are extremely knowledgeable, articulate and reasonable in their approach to the industry. As a recreational lifter, I find the information they provide very useful, even when they are discussing topics that are more advanced than my training. One of the best things about 3DMJ, is that they are always willing to take a look at what they have said in the past and will communicate with the audience when their opinions have changed. Recently, Eric has been speaking a lot about “learning to eat again” and why not tracking macros meticulously may be beneficial in a variety of situations. Personally, I have taken a lot away from these episodes in particular and have found myself re-listening to several episodes. There are so many little gems packed into each one. Thank you so much guys!

Listening to the 3DMJ podcast is like sitting down and chilling with my friends, if my friends were massively knowledgable and experienced in the worlds of bodybuilding and powerlifting! Enjoyable to listen to and I always learn multiple things.
