“I presume that as most all of the podcasts sound the same it's now the SA house style. I didn't like it when Covid Quickly did it and I still don't. As savingwhales says elsewhere on this page, the information in the 'cast is usually interesting, but, oh, the awful scripted exchanges between two presenters, delivered so woodenly that it's distracting.
