LOVE YA ROG!
This amazing man has changed my whole outlook on my shift work life. I’m an Emergency Vet Nurse who works 12.5 hour shifts on a 10 week rotating roster, with both day shifts and night shifts. I’ve followed Rog on Instagram for a while now - he has so many amazing tips and tricks to help us shift workers get the most out of life both at work and at home. This man is a godsend! Thanks so much Rog - keep up the amazing work! Can’t wait to see what’s in store for the next episode here!
