I love listening and sharing the information from A healthy shift podcast with my fellow colleagues, shift workers, friends and family to improve their shift preparation. Rogers tips and trick are setting us up for a long, healthy career in shift work and ultimately help us achieve a healthy work/life balance. Brilliant podcast with lots of helpful information to make sure each and every shift we set ourselves up for success! Roger spreads positivity, holds us all accountable and gets us to challenges everyone to work hard to be the best version of themself they can be.
