One single issue ruins greatness...
This podcast contains an impressive wealth of historical knowledge. Exceptionally researched and factually accurate, it is obvious the narrator has a passion for history and warfare, as each episode’s depth surely requires tireless work to craft. This makes it exponentially more disappointing for such labor to be overshadowed by a single-yet overbearing-problem: mouth sounds. Every swallow of saliva and smacking of lips is recorded in crystal clear definition for your listening pleasure; a keen ear can even discern the last food eaten by the host. If you love history, warfare, or the sounds of passionate make-out sessions after eating peanut butter, then I have the podcast for you!

I have just listened to the first few episodes and it is a really good general introduction to the subject. Sounds a bit quiet but not overly. Would highly recommend it.
