The Zoodog Chronicles
It's a great podcast! Listen to it. You'll enjoy it within the first few minutes. Honestly, it's the sort of thing I'd expect to not really enjoy, but it's excellent. Laughing at (usually) old games and making fun of bad art may seem like low-hanging fruit, but that's not how this podcast works at all. They try to find the good in everything they play, and even when what they play is utterly vile, there's no schadenfreude in their critique. It's all well thought out, and very funny. LISTEN TO IT. You will enjoy. Plus most of the time they end up talking about completely unrelated things, which is somehow even more entertaining. Just try it. It's a good creation. Ah, I don't know how to sell things. When I link people to it, they enjoy it. There has not been an exception to this rule. Hit play. Any episode. There haven't been any clunkers. Were this world a just and right place, I would be sending these fellows some money. Alas, I do have none, so they can instead have some words, along with the knowledge that I've installed iTunes for them. If that's not an immense personal sacrifice, I don't know what is. LISTEN TO ABJECT SUFFERING. YOU WILL ENJOY HAVING LISTENED TO ABJECT SUFFERING. That is my personal mantra, and I am sticking to it. The two hosts are lovely. They may appear at first glance to say terrible things sometimes, but they do so in a lovely way. If I were good at marketing, I would say something that convinced you to listen. Let's just pretend that I did, and that you did. All is well. Hit play.Read full review »

Random is the name of the game; each episode opens with a skit of the duo finding which artistic atrocity they will be subjected to this week and the next 30ish minutes is them picking that game apart until inevitably digressing into something far more entertaining. If you like video games and...Read full review »
