Bad games are just a springboard
The real meat of this podcast doesn't always (or, arguably, even usually) center around the "bad" games that Gary and Kole are reviewing. Instead, the games serve as a springboard for the two hosts to discuss, mock, and dissect entire genres, crazes, and eras of video games and culture at large. For a medium that is so obviously well beloved by both the hosts and, presumably, the audience, it is both important and hilarious to remember that there is some absolute crap that litters video game history in order to appreciate the gems that much more. Abject Suffering is easily my favorite podcast from the Duckfeed.tv network. Highly recommended!Read full review »
