Journey
I am a year in since being identified as ADHD Hunter type. Living with this wiring for 35 years without guidance was challenging to say the least and it’s great to feel part of a community that is striving to make a difference for themselves and work on strategies to enrich and benefit our relationships and work lives. So thank you both for taking the time to explain the book and provide helpful insights and techniques to help us all become more , ultimately to those we love. I must admit I’m at least 7 episodes in and buying the book tomorrow.
