I am a mental health care professional who has ADHD and overall I really like this podcast. I love the underlying philosophy of the book that this podcast revolves around, that being that ADHD isn’t a disorder, but rather, an evolution of a hunter mindset. My only “complaint” for lack of a...Read full review »

This podcast is clear and concise. The topics covered are relatable and his tools are easy to apply to real life. Anyone can use these , not just hunter types. The idea of being a hunter type sounds so confident.

My adhd couldn’t handle the messy and long intro so I wasn’t really able to continue. Also if you need a book to listen? Kind of made me lose interest.

Always a great listen and when used with the Book, it becomes a tool of transformation. The Hunter/Farmer metaphor bypasses the pathologizing and makes it easier to look at the pros and cons and how to take practical steps to maximize the pros and manage the cons.

The “hunter” term is outdated. Nowadays, a hunter is someone who preys on innocent beings. It’s not admirable, it’s cruel and ignorant. You can connect with nature without killing it. We don’t need more hunters, we need more vegans to restore the health of our planet. Additionally, there...Read full review »
