Amazing resource!
I have been listening so many talks on ADHD and I found this podcast the best for me. They are well structured and the tips are truly useful. I feel like if the speaker was reading my mind and living my struggles. Likewise, as you do your homework by implementing those recommendations, you start to see concrete results. It’s very empowering! You will start to see with much more clarity in those difficult areas where there was just fog before. Personally, I cannot be happier for finding this amazing resource. Thank you!!! I highly recommend it!!!
