So glad to have found this podcast
As a physician it’s been hard to struggle with ADHD / hunter type qualities and I think energy and systems have gotten me to where I’m at. However, as I get older and now with 2 young children, the energy part is dwindling and so I need to keep working on my systems in order to make it for the long run. I have a lot of life ambitions and this podcast is really helping me get focused and work on all the ways I can become more consistent and get to my goals and dreams. I’m so grateful for all of the stories about personal experiences as well as pieces of advice you offer. As a doctor, now that I’ve found this resource, it’s an easy one to recommend to friends, family and patients who struggle with their ADHD tendencies / hunter type traits. I particularly love how this is framed not as a terrible disorder but a type on a spectrum with positives and negatives. I appreciate that you offer many practical options for those who are able to manage without medication - and which would help those on medications also. All too often I see folks hoping for a magic pill in a sense when they hear about the medication options. This program has given me some practical advice to offer those who need more guidance. I recommend this podcast wholeheartedly. Thank you for all the effort you’ve put in to create this.

I’m enjoying this immensely, since I have now decided to make an effort to get this adhd in line, since I am almost turning 60! I’m living in Switzerland and enjoying it on the train and my morning walks in the alps...
