Wow!
Wow! I am picking up ALL KINDS of knowledge from this woman's podcast! I am starting to run now to prepare for a "battle frog" type of obstacle course race on June 11. I've never done anything like that before. My buddy encouraged me to do it. I can easily negotiate the obstacles, but have to be able to run the 5 mile course as well. I have no time for the "take it easy at first" way that she espouses, which is a shame, because I am sure that in the long run it would be best to, but nonetheless, I am trying my best to not push myself TOO hard at first.Read full review »

I enjoy Debbie's no nonsense straight up advice. She covers all facets of running which I rely on to improve my runs. I highly recommend it for any runner: new or recovering!

Often wonder if someone over 60 can get started with running. Tried other programs, never felt successful and eventually gave up. I stay active by playing tennis, but need more. Listening to these podcasts has given me the motivation to try again! Thank you !

I just started to run with this podcast. It is great. Just what I needed. I hope I can stick with it. I run with my dogs and I know it can be a little different with my focus. One day i will have time to go out with dogs and then without dogs just run.thank you debbie.
