If you are thinking about trying to become a runner, start here. Coach Deb is so encouraging- I had this vague idea of training for a half-marathon and no clue where to start, and her info in the podcast outlines everything I needed to know. She gives a ton of excellent info.

Hi Coach Debbie! I’m an avid tennis player and I always thought I was more of a short sprints type of guy because I’m shorter and have stocky legs. I’ve always considered myself fairly fit, but I wanted to take my fitness to the next level. I started running (with improper form) back in...Read full review »

This has been the most helpful running podcast I have found as a new runner. I have failed to complete a Couch to 5k program before, and this podcast helped me to see that it is ok to take things even more slowly than the Couch to 5k does if it helps you keep running.
