Needless to say if you are looking for a podcast that gives you all the information you need while encouraging you that you can do it look no further. I am just into week 8 of a c25k program and being an engineer I like to research everything about how to do something. I did searches on shoes, form, cadence, piecing all the knowledge I could find together. 6 weeks in I found this podcast. Holy cow everything in one place from buying shoes and knowing the right things to ask the salesperson about to running cadence all while encouraging you and understanding we are not runners. Telling you it's okay to be slow your out there doing it. I frequent a beginners forum quite often and posted about this series it is awesome.
