I LOVE IT!!!!
I am female and over 50 and never really considered myself a runner, although I dabbled in it a few times over the years. I've gained about 20 pounds over the last 20 years and decided to take up running recently. About halfway through a C25K program, I found this podcast and started listening to it when I walk my dog. The information is so interesting and helpful. Debbie is very concerned about preventing injury and making sure that you learn to love running. The coach makes it clear that she wants you to love running for the rest of your life. And that most people don't like running because they got injured or went too fast too soon.
