“About two years ago I started a job that puts me in front of a computer most of the day. I've gained 10 pounds despite trying hard to exercise between long hours at work. I've never thought I could run...until now. I'm run/walking three miles a day and it has changed the way I look at eating. And I'm not nearly as stressed (I am a classical stress eater). This program goes nice and slow, helps me with the right exercises to make running easier, and keeps me focused. My goal is to be able to run a mile.
