“I am in fairly good shape but I am no runner. I participated in a couch to 5 K program, but it still moves to fast for my body to acclimate. I've done tons of 5Ks, two 10Ks and 3 half marathons as a walker but I'm ready to move up. I get shin splints easily if I don't take it slower. Debbie Voiles makes it doable to make the transition from walker to runner. I'm doing another half in April & I'm trusting Debbie to get me there. “I just started to run with this podcast. It is great. Just what I needed. I hope I can stick with it. I run with my dogs and I know it can be a little different with my focus. One day i will have time to go out with dogs and then without dogs just run.thank you debbie.”
