Very poor
This is a dreadful imitation of brilliant true crime podcasts such as Serial and Convicted. No sense of storytelling or pace, it is the retelling of a very well-known case which has already been covered by several books and a TV documentary. Why an English team should cover such a well-known American story is beyond me. Presenter is far too present, there are very few interesting twists and turns, episodes are repetitive and I just wish I hadn't wasted my time listening to this. Is a great shame since the BBC has been making fascinating radio for decades but in this case has tried to ape an American format with embarrassing results.Read full review »

About ten minutes in the reporter says the word shattered - which is followed by a sound effect of something shattering! Pretty much sums it up. Having just heard Crime Town this is terrible. Hopefully improves.
