Could be good but...
Shena spends more than half of the podcast rambling about her mental health products, which aren’t even available most of the time. She’s very tactless about feeling like you should spend your money to buy her “products”, almost like one of those shameless preachers during collection plate time, and loves telling you that you cannot heal yourself. When she finally does get to some content, it is good, but it’s only like 15minutes and she’s happy about that. It’s basically a podcast to sell her mental health programs, so you won’t get much healing from listening, which is what she wants, and that seems kind of exploitive.
