Phenomenal
For those of us who can’t figure out “what’s wrong”. Shena gives voice to what is not working and offers relatable solutions with grace. She is a gifted healer and content is well put together. Not to detract, I can’t help but notice that some content creators come off a little callous when talking about ending contact with family and other relations. A She is most mindful, balanced and realistic while giving (tough) love.

I found this podcast just as I was trying to detach from unhealthy connections and do my trauma work. I’m only on epsom #17 and I’m already feeling more supported in my journey.

Good podcast but wish it was more content and less plug ins. The show isn’t that long to begin with. So hearing everything else you have going on is ok, but I’m thinking maybe it can be shortened? Other then that good job!
