Therapy in the form of a podcast
I know podcasts do not replace traditional therapy but I have learned so much about myself since I’ve started listening. In the very first few podcasts, I learned exactly why I am the way that I am. Particularly the episodes on love avoidant/addict personalities meant a lot. It kinda helped me pinpoint exactly where in life I went into self preservation mode. This podcast gave me the push to seek therapy to unpack and heal. Thank you so much.

Good podcast but wish it was more content and less plug ins. The show isn’t that long to begin with. So hearing everything else you have going on is ok, but I’m thinking maybe it can be shortened? Other then that good job!
