“I was a fan of the magazine until I started to listen to this podcast. I believe their editor in chief is the host and in listening to him, you get the sense that the people in charge do not really understand the food they put in their magazine. The host and staff constantly talk over each other and will admit to stupid stuff like "I hate anchovies" or "I've never eaten cherries and aren't curious to even try them"...what? How are you in charge of a food magazine? Anyway, this podcast is okay if you really love the magazine and want to listen to some great chefs talk about their food and restaurant.
