Boring A.F.
Adam Rapaport may be a fine editor of a magazine, but a radio host is so out of his bailiwick. He's absolutely terrible. On top of that, the show is so laser-focused on New York chefs that home cooks (ostensibly the show's audience) are completely left out. I could care less what some up-and-coming Brooklyn hipster cook is doing with morels—and why Rapaport has to talk over him about his own experience with morels. Love the magazine. The narrator talks way too fast. He tends to take over the show. He frequently talks over his guests. It’s like the guests have to speed up their speech in order to get a word in edge wise.
