Top of the Top
Inspired by the Eye of Sauron metaphor in the latest episode, I decided it's high time to write a review of this fantastic podcast. I listen to countless podcasts, shows, and lectures in audio format, covering topics such as organizational psychology, organizational culture, and more modern and human models of organizing cooperation. At Work with the Ready is the top of the top for me - their approach is practical, fresh, innovative, humanistic, and fascinating. The podcast is hosted in a warm manner, with a lot of engaging humor and great playful dynamics between the hosts. Professionally, I am a researcher and educator in the field of feedback culture and applied social dynamics, and I learn more from each episode about the practical applications of these fields in everyday work with organizations. I recommend both the backlog, where you will find great episodes with Aaron and Rodney, interviews with interesting guests (I learned about SoFa from this podcast and now I am a staunch fan of Sociocracy!), and series such as the future of HR, as well as the new series with smartRead full review »
