I love listening to Laura Dixon on loving food and maintaining the weight you want to be and she makes total sense. Every morning I always listen to Laura during my house chores. I have a better understanding of the food I eat and how my body feels when I eat certain foods.. I highly recommend everyone struggling with their weight to listen to Laura Dixon’s podcast. And guess what?? NO DIETING AGAIN!!! 😁 👍🏻
