“I found out about Professor Kaldellis through the History of Byzantium and from there have read most of his books and found this podcast through his website. He is a very talented scholar who has shown himself willing to strip away centuries of bias and preconceptions about the Byzantines and their society in order to properly get at the truth. The breadth of topics covered here so far is wonderful as well, so I'd recommend this podcast to anyone who loves Byzantium.”Read full review »
