“I was distressed when I heard about the separation between Kimball and America's Test Kitchen, and pleased that he has regrouped. Unlike other reviewers, I am glad that he brought so much of the format with him because he was good at it. Sara Moulton has great cred from her days with Gourmet Magazine as well as her PBS shows.
