Yay! Sara Moulton!
I've always admired Christopher Kimball, but I love Sara Moulton. When I became a single dad in the early nineties I discovered Cooking Live on Food Network (back when Food Network really taught the principles of good cooking). If there is one chef who taught me how to cook both in taste and technique, it would be Sara.
