Great learning experience
Coffee roaster across the pond here in the U.S. great learning tool I had my apprentice listen to, and also great insight from other roasters to get their own style on how they approach roasting. Great job at putting it all together!

So interesting and helpful
I really enjoy this podcast and find the content very interesting. The host says it’s not intended as a “how-to” podcast but as a novice myself I’m learning so much. Maybe, like the host, I’m also just very curious and always in search of better understanding.
