Coffee roaster across the pond here in the U.S. great learning tool I had my apprentice listen to, and also great insight from other roasters to get their own style on how they approach roasting. Great job at putting it all together!

I really enjoy this podcast and find the content very interesting. The host says it’s not intended as a “how-to” podcast but as a novice myself I’m learning so much. Maybe, like the host, I’m also just very curious and always in search of better understanding.

great subjects with people who are willing to share their knowledge in different forms. however personally i found it hard to finish any episode because each talk gets pauzed every ten seconds for some extra explanation. this way i found it hard to get into the conversation.

Thanks for the great podcast! A few topics I’m interested in are the differences between drum and fluid roasters in terms of development time (us home roasters often have cheap fluid bed roasters and it is hard to know if 1 min of development time on a Freshroast is similar to a Hottop, etc.)....Read full review »
