I have been a roaster since 1995 in the Philippines I used a PROBAT L12 when I started roasting for my cafe. My roasting eventually graduated to a G50 PROBAT when I went to commercial roasting but as time has past and career he changed I now and an instructor in UCC Cofee Academy.I use a Fuji Royal 1 kilo I enjoy your podcast and still learn many small details Please keep the podcast and bravo on your future Robert
