I have been keto since July 2020, carnivore since December 2020- flexing between meat only and keto as my IBS has greatly improved. I have a question regarding my birth control and sleep: I’m 27/yo female on my second levonorgestrel IUD (4 years in total) and wanted to know your opinion of that method of hormonal BC and how it impacts sleep cycle and digestion. I drink Calm MG water before bed but wake up every single night between 2-3 AM without fail. What else can I do? At a loss. Could it be hormones? I still have at least one day each month with super bad IBS symptoms without changing what I’ve eaten, thinking that’s hormonal as well. Thanks!!”
