Bone gnawing good
Hey, ladies! Y’all are doing great- keep up the good work and please don’t let the dregs of social media get you down. I have been keto since July 2020, carnivore since December 2020- flexing between meat only and keto as my IBS has greatly improved. I have a question regarding my birth control and sleep: I’m 27/yo female on my second levonorgestrel IUD (4 years in total) and wanted to know your opinion of that method of hormonal BC and how it impacts sleep cycle and digestion. I drink Calm MG water before bed but wake up every single night between 2-3 AM without fail. What else can I do? At a loss. Could it be hormones? I still have at least one day each month with super bad IBS symptoms without changing what I’ve eaten, thinking that’s hormonal as well. Thanks!!

Judy and Laura are the best. They compliment each other perfectly. I’ve been full carnivore for a couple months now. When I have a thought of a question. They have it covered. While I’m getting my daily sun (vitamin D) I turn on this podcast. Keep going guys!!
