I am carnicurious and have been watching Judy and Laura on YouTube. I was so excited to find their podcast collaboration. I’ve only listened to the most recent episode so far, but I can tell that this will be a regular for me. Can’t wait to dive into past episodes.

Crossfitters are losing their periods? Not when numerous top CrossFit women have had babies at the peak of their career. Completely made up statistics and the wrong sport. Please don’t make women think they will lose a period if they eat a carb for energy.

I absolutely love this podcast. I listen to it daily, it keeps me motivated and on track and it helps me to remember “my why”. I am so thankful to both of you- and your hard work and dedication to this podcast, your families, and to all of us who follow and listen. You help us to be knowledgeable...Read full review »

All over the place. Can’t seem to stay on topic and even then it’s just all over the place. Lost me on one of the podcasts when the talk veered toward coal industry and electric vehicles and that coal is better than solar.

I love listening to you ladies! I’m a letter carrier in Canada and I’ve been binge listening to these podcasts while I do my route for 5 hours a day. I love how accessible you make this diet and how practical your advice is, it really keeps me motivated to stick to the diet even when my family...Read full review »

It took some road-trips and listening during work which I can so it’s not an issue. Judy and Laura feel like the sisters I never had. I do have to admit, I know more about women’s issue than I cared to hear! Lol. To be honest, when they went down those roads in my heart I hoped and prayed it was...Read full review »

Thank you for this content on blood glucose. I am older, thin and never had any pre-diabetic concerns, but have been struggling as my glucose stays in the high 80s and low 90s and morning highs to 100 and thinking I must be doing something very wrong. I don’t spike more than 20 after I eat,...Read full review »

Hi, I am enjoying yours. Fun and informative. Thanks, thanks. Would you think ground beef is a bit less nutritious than other beef cuts? Could you explain why?

Hey gals This was a great podcast!! It’s sad that modern medicine scars so many people I know into taking drugs or going into procedures that may not always be necessary for them to heal- and also sad that many people don’t even want to know this information, they just want to keep their heads...Read full review »

I love your down to earth real talk podcast. Such great realistic advice. Thank you! I would love to see a podcast on what beauty products you use as I’m trying to find moisturizers and make up and what not that is clean. Also, Laura, if you ever do a meet up again in the Phoenix area, please...Read full review »

Laura and Judy, Thank you so much for creating this podcast. I’ve been binging them. I’ve been following a carnivore diet for four years and pretty much listen to everybody on the scene (including both of you) but this Real Talk has helped me in a new way.

Thank you for being brave enough to speak freely. I couldn’t agree more with this conversation. I am saddened to think of what our future generations would look like thinking of our current state. This is why we need more voices like yours! Keep it up.

I love how you open the door to doing what’s best for each person…. But you also help us question if what we are doing is what’s best for us or if there’s more we should know about. I agree with your outlook on things and appreciate your honesty!

This podcast is absolutely amazing. This is the best. What I love the most is how you both have the attitude that everyone has there own way through this journey. It is a guideline to help you to stay in your lane. The lane your in is the lane you choose. Love it.
