“I love your podcast! I look forward to you guys every wednesday. I have a question about ketosis. Ive been carnivore for 2 years and my ketones stay around .3-.4. My glucose is usually 72-85. I exercise intensely and have alot of muscle mass. Im 52, female, 5’7, 148 lbs and 18% body fat. Why are my ketones so low if I EAT NO CARBS!!!?? Im usually 60-65% fat and 35% protein. Maybe my body just utilizes all the ketones?”
