Yay!
Thank you for this content on blood glucose. I am older, thin and never had any pre-diabetic concerns, but have been struggling as my glucose stays in the high 80s and low 90s and morning highs to 100 and thinking I must be doing something very wrong. I don’t spike more than 20 after I eat, which is about 1800-2100k a day, at about 75/25. I have tried upping my fat, upping my exercise, not eating after 4, eating some carbs? But with your chat here, I’m comforted that this is not ‘illness.’ This is the way my body works. I blame Dr. Boz. :)
