Question- love the podcast!
Thanks for your podcasts! Find them very helpful and informative! I am a heavily meat based “ketovore”. I am heading into my 50s with one ovary and one of my health goals is getting and keeping my hormones where they need to be. I know it can vary from individual to individual but what sort of goals should a woman my age have? Trying to find that balance between losing fat and eating enough of the right things is challenging. I’ve lost 55 lbs in the past year and need to lose at least 20 more. Are there other supplements that can help us premenopausal ladies?
