Love this podcast, especially from an entertainment aspect. Not only are the various hosts very knowledgeable and provide great analysis, but they are also great personalities. The chemistry, banter, and conversation makes me feel like I know them all personally and it adds so much to the already...Read full review »

A little more Shoddy 🤟

Great topics, but way too much needless banter. There are maybe 10 minutes of solid material buried in an hour-long podcast.

Love that the podcast also have news from womans racing.

José Been’s history segment (both race and region) is fantastic! Keep up the great work crew!

Tried the pod for the TDF coverage after stepping away for many reasons. It’s gotten worse. Seek your pro cycling coverage elsewhere.

Please work on your levels. I know people are in different locations, but you can still get the levels a little closer and tell certain members of the team to do a better job of speaking louder and clearly.

Massive fan of all your podcasts, but have to add how great I thought Nathan Haas was as a contributor. He is amusing, insightful and well spoken. Hopefully you can get him on more in the future.

Apart from James and Ronan, these are the most annoying people of any cycling podcast. Their crap jokes and stupid opinions are really frustrating. One of them lives in france and can’t even pronounce the most basic French words. All of them struggle to say the name of the show sponsor correctly....Read full review »

Excellent podcast for race discussions, tech and in particular, topics around the cycling industry. Highly recommended.

There is no logical, medical or science based reason for your views, concerns or for this episode. Trans is not a gender and sports can be participated in without controversy or danger to anyone by sticking to your birth gender lane with no interference in the way you want to dress.

The Journalism is outstanding - and thanks to their subscription model it’s free! Even towards podcast sponsors there will be criticism if need be. But the real reason i became a subscriber is the chemistry between the characters - the entertainment this podcast delivers besides the information...Read full review »

Thank you for the thoughtful “muddy waters” pod! Well done.

This podcast used to be good, now it’s just trash! Stick to cycling and not try to influence people’s political and moral opinions. I’m tired of your crappy episodes that feature trans, BLM, or other political topics. I don’t listen to you for a political views, I want humor and news.

Love the show overall, but the constant liberal rants and conversations should be cut out.

Sorry, team. In a crowded field of strong Cycling reporting and podcasting, and only 24 hours in a day, I’m through with Cycling Tips. I looked the other way when Jose felt the need to spout off on our election last year. For the record, our former Pres is a clown and I never voted for him. ...Read full review »

Abby starts to comment on matters (Boonen/road cycling “rules”) she has no idea about. Those cycling gods and rules are why we love the sport! I’ll continue to listen, but a member of your staff needs to dive into the foundation of road cycling and what makes it the best! I think a member of the...Read full review »

I really appreciate how purposefully the whole team takes the their work. Engaging in both the obviously lighthearted sides of the sport/industry and also purposefully showing light on the more “real” parts. Impressively done.

I like to listen to podcasts when I’m riding so usually I’m in for a good yarn but jeez this podcast has to be some of the most boring content that I’ve ever listened to

I’ve subscribed for going on 2 years. The combination of Boulder-bro, hipster doofus attitude and stereotypical personalities is just unbearable. Here’s how I came to 2 stars: James is 4 stars. Technically excellent and concise. Dane is 3 star. Truly competent. Dave is 2 star. Only there...Read full review »

Let me begin by saying, I love your podcast and have been listening to it for the past couple of years. However, in your most recent podcast, it seemed like the Nelson Vails interview was just doing lip service to your diversity quota. Right after the interview, there was no commenting on the...Read full review »

Always advertised that they will discuss x or y but spend an hour just chatting about the weather and their buddy’s leaving one minute for the part you actually came for

Good podcast but Caley Fretz has questionable taste in movies, BMX Bandits is in no way as good as Breaking Away Seriously I love the podcast but just can’t listen to the “debate feature” I find it stressful to listen to (clock noise is terrible).

This show covers a lot of areas in cycling. Not just racing or riders. Bikes. Components. Tech. Riders. BOTH women and men. A range of experience, expertise, and personalities means it’s never boring for me.

Having found other cycling podcasts to wrapped up in themselves, I’ve settled on CT. They cover a good range of subjects, dive in deep, but never take themselves too seriously. I am glad that the podcast puts women’s cycling on an equal footing to men’s.

The Jose addition has put the final nail in it for me. Comes of as a know it all. Interrupts a lot and forceful on views. Abbey and the rest of the crew are great, but the topics don’t seem to bring me in as much. Sticking to nerd alert though!
