No empathy for large swaths of people
In answering a question from a lady on social security in her 70s, the response was "I will not help you, I hate you" because this lady was fortunate enough to own a house (that she was struggling to pay the mortgage on). The contempt with which this and some other letters are read is unsettling. Also, the guests always go along with whatever nonsense is uttered and never provide a rational counterpoint.
