Just what I needed!
As a runner who ditched diet culture several years ago this podcast is just what I needed. For the last few years trying to find the balance between the “grind” of training for a race and nourishing my body properly often lead to burn out. I love tuning in every week and learning from Serena and all of her awesome guests!

I just discovered this podcast, and I have been binge listening almost every day. I love Serena’s no nonsense approach to fueling your body and not falling into diet culture. As a fellow RD, I am soaking in her knowledge for both myself and my clients. Thank you for such a great podcast!
