Serena’s words resonate with that inner child within ourselves that at one time or another felt unloved, unattractive, unfulfilled. Serena’s podcast reminds us that loving the body you are in and treating yourself as if you were your own teammate is what we all need, regardless of our age, activity level, or body composition. I can’t get enough of the advice Serena and her guest share each week, and often go back and listen to episodes that speak to me when I sometimes have moments when I need to remind myself of how wonderfully made I am!
