My favorite running podcast !
I listen to several running themed podcasts and “Dear runner bod,” is by far my favorite. This may be a niche podcast, but Serena’s personal anecdotes and emotional support combined with the evidence-based education on all things running / runner’s nutrition really work together to elevate this podcast above others in the genre. I can relate so much Serena’s journey in healing her relationship with food/exercise, and each episode feels like hanging out with a close friend. I look forward to hearing her authenticity and never-ending encouragement each week, which help to empower me to be embrace my runner body. <3
