I’ve been running for a few years but just now starting to learn the nutrition piece of it. This podcast is a great resource. Also who doesn’t love a podcast that tells you it’s ok to eat Pop Tarts!!

Serena is such a helpful person and I love this podcast! So many amazing topics and guest speakers who truly speak to what we as women and women athletes are working through! I have been recommending it to all my female athlete friends!
