“I LOVED listening to this podcast! I have listened to two episodes so far and loved the information I received! I really liked learning about body neutrality (I think that’s what it is). It was so good to listen and understand what that is and how important that is over body positivity. I also listened to an episode about taking a break when you need to and not being a perfectionist while running. I struggle with this and after that episode I just ran a 4 mile run for fun instead of pushing myself when it just wasn’t the right time for me to do speed work. Love listening in!!”
