Guy Winch is so brilliant and astute
I loved this podcast. It packed a punch and as usual I found Guy Winch offered actionable advice that helped Shrina (and me vicariously) consider how to be self-oriented rather than other-oriented. Both therapists had a nice back-and-forth with each ohter and the guest to provide insight, advice, and big picture takeaways-- all in one session. Very compelling to listen to. And if you haven't already read, Guy Winch's books are brilliant, and his TED talks are fabulous. Can't wait to tune into this each week.Read full review »
