I am a contemplative elder Catholic with complex PTSD (newly recognized) and benefit from your free-range selection of topics. It doesn’t bother me when you put our personal problems in a wider social context. Our society with its social/political history shapes our psyches in many ways of which we are unaware; it is the ocean we swim in. Keep it up, please. Yours is a very needed voice.
