I love this podcast
Bonnie thank you for this podcast. I have been trying to master intuitive eating for about 2 years. I have listened to many podcasts similar to yours and I only discovered yours a few weeks ago. It is by far the best podcast I’ve found. I have very poor body image and I can’t see myself ever getting over that. I’m 50, menopausal and gaining so much weight! BUT. Something has shifted, I think I have food freedom. I no longer think of food 24/7. I’m not restricting (much😉) I am learning to feel hunger. I am still fat phobic and struggle with my body which has changed from in shape to totally out of shape but I’m at least gaining food freedom. I’m learning so much in your episodes. I’m grateful to your approach compassion and knowledge. Thank you so much!
