Love love LOVE this podcast
I listen to Bonnie’s podcast when I’m on my daily walks and they are so great. They encourage me to think, reflect and to also remember that I’m not alone with some of the challenges I’ve faced. By listening to these podcasts and applying them to my everyday life, I’m growing and slowly healing my relationship with food and giving diet culture the middle finger. Thank you Bonnie! Keep them coming!!!
